At Noiremaison, each piece is crafted with attention to detail and premium materials. We aim to deliver products that meet the highest standards. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to assist you.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible: Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition All tags and packaging must be intact
Please note: Due to the exclusive nature of our pieces, made-to-order and customized items are not eligible for returns.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return: DM us on Instagram [@noiremaison]
Include: Order ID Reason for return Clear images of the product Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after a quality inspection of the returned item Once approved, Refund will be issued within 5–7 business days Amount will be credited to the original payment method
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in case of: Damaged product Incorrect item received All exchanges are subject to availability of stock. Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged or incorrect item: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery Provide an unboxing video and clear photos We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Shipping
Shipping charges are non-refundable Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless: Item is defective Wrong product was delivered Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
